Crete, Will County - I was unable to view the interior of the home on March 10, 2007. Had a scheduled appointment with Mr. & Mrs. Rarick for 1:00 PM. I arrived at the home at 12:50 PM and began taking my outside pictures and then proceeded to knock on both the front and back doors. No answer. When I returned to my car, a voice message was waiting for me. It was Mr. Rarick informing me that they were still running around doing their chores and asked me to call him back. (Where else would I be if we had a 1:00 PM appointment).

Called him back and Mrs. Rarick answered. Said that they would not be home until 2:00 PM and wanted to know if that was OK. I informed her that I had a 2:30 PM appointment in Orland Park and doubt that Icould make it back today. If I could, I told her that I would call first.

Home requires a lot of work with the peeling paint all over the outside, gutters missing or not secured to the building, crumbling foundation, missing borads, sidewalk have in, driveway dg out but below grade and holding standing water, etc. Please judge for yourself from the attach pictures.

Viewed the inteerior of the home at 574 Herman Street in Crete with Tana Jo Rarick (Phillip's wife) on Tuesday, March 20, 2007. She is aware of the condition of the home and that it needs to be de-cluttered and cleaned up. The side yard as well. We spoke about what was needed to get the home on the market and she is aware of the problems they face in accomplishing this task. She also stated that they will be fixing the walk way to the home and asphalting the new driveway to the new garage. Total square footage of the home comes to 1480. They will be scraping and touching up the exterior where the paint has been peeling and adding gutters as well. The furnace and central air units are two years old.
